Software Studio

Practical software for small businesses, built with care.

AetherMindForge is a small, one-person studio. The focus right now is a single dependable, real-world app — built carefully, tested before it ships, and made to last.

Founder-led · Built with care · One project at a time

Currently building

In development

A bookkeeping web app for small businesses — double-entry books, document capture, and clear, audit-ready reporting — designed around the everyday paperwork that real bookkeeping involves.

What I Do

Build the tool, properly — then make sure it holds up.

AetherMindForge takes a real problem and builds the software that solves it, end to end. The focus is on software people can actually rely on in daily work — not demos.

Design and build

From the data model up to the screens people use — one studio responsible for the whole thing, so the pieces fit together.

Tested, not just shipped

The parts that matter are backed by real tests and checks before they go out, so the tool behaves the same on a busy day as it does in a demo.

Honest and practical

No overpromising, no jargon. Plain software that does what it says, built to grow without being torn down and rebuilt.

Work

What I'm building.

The studio is early and deliberately focused — one project at a time, done well. Here's what's in build now; more will be listed here as it ships.

Bookkeeping app for small businesses

In development

A web app for keeping a small business's books properly: a database-enforced double-entry ledger, document capture for receipts and invoices, strict separation between each client's data, and reporting aimed at the everyday needs of real bookkeeping. It's designed around the real documents and workflow a bookkeeper handles every day, with the accuracy and audit-trail discipline that kind of work demands.

This is the studio's current focus. As projects reach a point worth showing, they'll appear here.

About

A solo studio, building its first app.

AetherMindForge is led by Saul Castro — a solo founder building his first app. He'd rather take the time to get it right than rush it: build carefully, test what matters, write it down, and make something people can genuinely rely on — without the bloat or the overpromising.

It's early days, and one person doing the work. The aim is simple: let the app speak for itself when it ships.
